Your order is produced at the studio nearest your address, then handed to a regional carrier. That means fewer transit miles per order and, in most cases, no international air freight at all.

Made-to-order lets us carry hundreds of color options without producing things nobody wants. The catalog stays wide, the waste stays narrow.
Production & delivery timing
How long it takes,
honestly.
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days end to end. Total delivery = production time + transit time. Production typically takes 2–5 business days from order placement to handoff with the carrier, then 3–7 business days in transit. More complex pieces (cut-and-sew swim, leggings, all-over-print apparel) trend toward the higher end of that window; standard tees and accessories trend toward the lower end. Production time is independent of any shipping speed selected at checkout.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free worldwide — to every country we ship to. Where expedited options are available, the exact charge is shown before you complete the order. Expedited shipping is not available for every product/destination combination.
Customs & duties
For shipments crossing into a country outside your local production region, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country. These are determined by your local customs authority and are the recipient’s responsibility, unless explicitly collected at checkout (e.g. EU IOSS where applicable).
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also pull tracking from your order history after signing in.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because each piece is made just for you and routed straight from the production studio, we can’t intercept a package once it’s shipped. Returned-to-sender shipments due to a bad address may incur a re-shipping fee.
